If you prefer a flat in the city centre of Belgrade, with only 100m from the Republic Square in the closed centre of the city, and thereby not to end up with empty pockets, then this studio is the actual solution for You. Although a small studio is in question with only 23 square meters, you will get an impression of being in a much more spacious flat.

In a small kitchen, which is separated from the rest of the flat, it is handy for You to prepare breakfast, dinner or light lunch.

In the room, which also serves a purpose of both living room and bedroom, there is a table with chairs, TV/ DVD set, a sofa and an armchair. The sofa can be dismounted and thus turns into a comfortable double bed. Halogen lighting makes this space look pleasant for dwelling even when there isn’t enough of natural light.

The bathroom is small, but adequately rationalized with a shower. Unfortunately, there was no space for a washing machine.

The apartment is located in the closed city centre, in Despota Stefana Blvd (ex. 29. Novembra) with only 100 meters away from the Republic Square. For all you require in the city center, there is no need to use public transport; you will enjoy the real pleasure of walks. If you however, have a need to travel to other parts of the city, this will also not present a problem, as all vital bus lines pass by the apartment.

The flat is provided for 2 persons maximum, and in the need there is a moutablearmchair which can serve as a secondary lodge.

Broadband internet is included in the price stay.
