Venac apartment has a central entrance lobby, from which you can access all other rooms. On the left side, there is a large (40 sq. m) space, intended to be used as a living/dining/cooking area. Optional divider can be installed if you wish to use a part of it for sleeping or work. On the right side of the lobby, there is a smaller bedroom, with a niche (work space or boudoir). Next to it is the bathroom and a utility niche (for an optional laundry machine etc.). Apartment is suitable for up to 4 persons. The apartment is at the 2nd floor and is oriented on two sides.

The bulding is located in Gundulicev venac street, a wide but calm lane in deep shade of old trees. It overlooks a small park square. Apartment is in the central part of the town, situated in the vicinity of the picturesque old green market square, the bohemian quarter of Skadarlija, the botanical garden, Strahinica Bana street with many cafes and restaurants and the famous progressive / alternative theatre Bitef. Although there are numerous public transport lines in near-by streets, the location is well tucked-in and peaceful.
