Check out time


12 pm (12:00) but if we have customers who arrive at 16:00 and later then you can stay 1-3 hours more. Late check-out till 20.00 would be charged half apartment rate, after 20.00 - the full apartment rate.
The guests shall close the door to the apartment from the outside.

Do I need to clean the apartment?


Normal cleaning is included. If extra cleaning is needed, guest will be charged. Doing the dishes is not included.

Your guests are our guests, though this is obviously not intended as a substitute for paying.

How often is the apartment cleaned?


he apartment is cleaned between each guest at which time towels and bed linens are changed. If you are staying more than a week, cleaning will be done once weekly. There are extra towels, linens and pillows for your convenience.

What happens if I break something?


After your arrival you should look that everything work well and condition of apartment is OK. At the day of your departure our manager will come to check everything and pick up keys. In case we will find something does not work or broken you will need to pay for that. We respect you and you please respect us.

What happens if I loose a key?


For security reasons we would need to change looks and keys. Guests are fully responsible for the extra costs that inflicts.
